Thiefcatcher LLC (“Thiefcatcher,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as Thiefcatcher Games, develops and publishes Blood & Canvas: Bareknuckle Boxing (“Blood & Canvas” or the “Game”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use the Game and its associated online services.
1. Information We Process
Thiefcatcher does not require players to create a separate Thiefcatcher Games account to play Blood & Canvas.
When you access the Game through a third-party platform such as Steam or the Epic Games Store, certain information may be processed by that platform and its associated services. This may include:
Platform account identifiers;
Authentication information necessary to verify your account or entitlement;
Achievement status and progress;
Technical information necessary to provide platform and online-service functionality.
For the Epic Games Store version of Blood & Canvas, Epic Online Services and Epic Account Services may process information necessary for authentication and achievement functionality.
Thiefcatcher does not receive your Epic Games or Steam password.
2. How Information Is Used
Information processed in connection with platform services is used only as necessary to:
Authenticate players and provide access to supported platform services;
Verify ownership or entitlement where applicable;
Record, synchronize, and display achievements;
Maintain the security and operation of the Game and its platform integrations;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell players' personal information.
3. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Blood & Canvas may use services provided by third parties, including Valve Corporation through Steam and Epic Games, Inc. through the Epic Games Store, Epic Online Services, and Epic Account Services.
Those companies may independently collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies.
Players should review the privacy policies of the platform through which they access the Game.
4. Analytics and Advertising
Blood & Canvas does not use player information for targeted advertising.
If analytics, telemetry, or other data-processing technologies are added to the Game in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate before such processing is introduced.
5. Data Retention
Thiefcatcher retains personal information under its direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Information maintained by Steam, Epic Games, Epic Online Services, or other third-party platforms is subject to the applicable provider's own retention practices.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers when necessary to operate the Game and its platform functionality, or when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other actions permitted by applicable law.
Requests concerning information held directly by Steam, Epic Games, or another platform should generally be directed to that platform.

Blood & Canvas is not directed toward young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

Third-party platform services used by Blood & Canvas may process information in countries other than the player's country of residence. Such processing is governed by the applicable service provider's privacy practices and applicable law.
